Rendezvous is defined as: meeting of likeminded individuals at an agreed time and place. What better way to kick off the paddling season than with like minded paddling friends? We have chosen to take advantage of the May holiday long weekend to meet in West Pubnico and paddle together.
We will be using this weekend as a season primer to get paddlers ready for the season ahead. Each day will a be day-long session. We will group people together based on abilities and we encourage all skill levels to register for the weekend.
A program schedule will be developed once we have an idea of who is coming. We will have a zoom call with all students to discuss goals and expectations for the weekend.
Who is participating in this program?
This weekend is aimed at all abilities. It would not be ideal for brand new paddler who have not taken any formal sea kayak training in the past. We are happy to chat with you in advance to sea if the program meets your needs and goals.
