Join me for the 2027 Long-Term Student Program Intake Call and learn more about what it means to become part of the C2TC Long-Term Student community.
The Long-Term Student Program is built around a simple idea: meaningful development takes time. Rather than trying to fit everything into a single course or a single season, we work together over time to develop skills, confidence, decision-making, leadership and a deeper understanding of the sea.
During the intake call, we’ll talk about:
- What the Long-Term Student Program is—and what it isn’t
- How the program is structured for the 2027 season
- The different options available to students
- How we develop individual goals and personalized learning plans
- The importance of practice, repetition and time on the water
- How coaching and mentorship continue throughout the season
- Opportunities to paddle in Nova Scotia and beyond
- The community that develops between long-term students
- What I expect from students—and what you can expect from me as your coach
We’ll also talk about your paddling goals for 2027. This isn’t about putting everyone through the same program. It’s about understanding where you are now, where you want to go, and figuring out what it will take to get there.
The Long-Term Student Program is for paddlers who are ready to invest time, effort, energy and commitment into their development.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before joining the call. In fact, that’s part of the reason for having the conversation.
Come with your questions, your ideas, and maybe even a few things you’ve been wanting to accomplish but haven’t quite figured out how to get there.
We never graduate our long-term students. The relationship continues as long as you want to keep learning.
