Updates program for 2023: Planning a day on the water or an extended day expedition requires more than a message to friends with a date and location. During this classroom-based program we will introduce you to a proven template for planning days on the water that can be used by all paddlers regardless of abilities. Paddle Canada Level 1 Skills Program

Paddle Canada Level 1 Skills is the second step in the Paddle Canada personal skills stream. The Paddle Canada Level 1 Skills program might be the most important development program in the entire paddle Canada Scheme.  During the program you will be introduce to fundamental paddling techniques that you will continue to develop throughout your paddling journey.
